Ashbusters are GREAT! Fixed the old chimney on a house we recently purchased that was unsafe and neglected for 30 years with tons of problems. Shon identified the safety issues and the maintenance issues and Technician/Crew Kevin & Shawn were able to repair everything including some brick replacement, bad/damaged liner, needed tuck-pointing, cleaning/waterproofing and replace chimney caps. These people were great to do business with! Everyone I talked to was very nice and courteous. The technicians who came to our house, Page and Cody, were wonderful! Page was so knowledgeable and patient explaining things. They were both very polite and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

The technician (josh) arrived within the appointment time originally specified and even called prior to arrival to let me know when to expect him. He was extremely efficient, personable and friendly. He even greeted our pets and took time to pet them and let them acclimate to him. He did an excellent job and completely cleaned up after he was through. I would definitely ask for him again!

Ashbusters was very professional & knowledgable! We had several issues with our 2 chimneys and our technician explained everything in detail. I was thankful we had Ashbusters inspect our chimneys or we could have possibly had a chimney fire. They were extremely courteous. The technician was very neat and left our house very clean. He covered the floors so no dirt or soot would get on our floors. Everyone should get their chimneys inspected for safety reasons and I would HIGHLY recommend Ashbusters.

I am extremely pleased with work done by Clyde and Clayton. They were here on time and got right to work and got the job done. They were very informative as to what things I need to look for. I had missing pipe replaced and new caps installed. Also had safety inspections done. I found the cost of this work was very reasonable. I will highly recommend this company. These two gentlemen are a great asset to your company.

The only reason I am giving Ashbusters 5 stars is because I can't give them 6 on this review! The technicain called me to let me know exactly when he would arrive for my scheduled appointment. When he arrived, he gave my chimney and fireplace a thorough inspection. He was very knowledgable about all things concerning my chimney and fireplace as I asked many questions and there was not one question he could not answer. He gave me advice and tips on how to properly operate my fireplace and he even gave my advice on the proper wood to use for burning. He was very courteous, friendly and respectful towards myself and my home. On the second service call to conduct a repair, he was very clean and went the extra mile to ensure that the repair and my overall service was top notch. The technician with him was also very professional and conducted excellent work. This was my first time using Ashbusters of Smynra and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Josh!
