Almaville Farms at Seven Oaks is a horrible choice for a place to live. For the first four months.....yes four months I had a couple above me that purposely stomped on the floor, put poop at the door and tried to push my 2 year old son down the stairs. I had filed over 10 police reports. The property manager then let me out of my lease. I moved and the new property manager said she didn't file the paperwork so I still had to pay rent. There is tons more to this story but these apartments haven't even had the same property manager for a month. Then when I moved back in bc obviously I couldn't afford to pay rent for 2 places. Thank God I didn't get into another place yet. Life is hectic for a college student, working mom with health issues and I payed no attention to changing the electric back in our name. They called their lawyers and the lawyers contacted us about being sued and they could kick us out in 14 days. I can't even go into other stories of my neighbor. Horrible choice. I would not recommend it. They treat you horrible.

If I could give Almaville Farms zero stars I would. I have lived there for three weeks, and would move tomorrow if I could. You will be paying luxury rent for the cheapest scratch and dent appliances and carpet scraps they could find. The leasing office/management will be super friendly until you sign the lease. I had no air conditioning for the first five days I lived there. I called the leasing office, left voice mails, completed an online service ticket, and didn't get a response until the 5th day I lived there with no air. Then, the air was not fixed that day. I would not recommend that you move to Almaville Farms. You will not get what you are paying for.
