I had been visiting Dr. Davis clinic for a little over 2 years. Always taking stray cats to get fixed and vaccinated. Paying the full price as any other pet, always felt like I didn't get the attention I was used to by other vets because we were talking about stray cats. Today was THE LAST DAY I WENT THERE! I needed to get a cat tested for FIV and I was quoted $35 over the phone. The test was done by a TECH not the VET (who barely gave me 2 minutes of his time IN THE LOBBY as he was running out for his lunch break). I never entered a room and stayed in the lobby the entire time, they took the cat to the back, and my bill was $80 for an FIV TEST! Typically $15-20 at other places, and I came here because I was okay with paying the $35 quoted over the phone. When I asked why since this wasn't even considered a vet visit, they informed me that they performed a combo (FIV/LEUK) test that cost $80! I was never informed of a second test, and never told upfront they would be doing a "combo" test that cost $80 and not $35! I'm so disappointed that even after the front desk girl called Dr. Davis (on his lunch break) he wouldn't honor the $35 quoted that took the tech less than 10 minutes while I sat in the lobby. NEVER BRINGING ANY OF MY OWN PETS OR STRAYS HERE AND NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE! It's upsetting when a place puts their outrageous rip-off prices ahead of their customer service and well being of the community animals. Even if both tests HAD to be performed at the same time, they never cared to educate me on why and what the cost would be. $80 for a $15 test.

Dr. Davis is by far the best vet! He loves animals. Every time I have him see my two cats, he gives me the truth. He doesn’t go after your wallet, with no remedy. He’s awesome, everyone should go here....
