Patricia Jacob, Nurse Practitioner earned her RN and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees at the University of Delaware in Newark, DE. She has worked more than 15 years in a family practice setting. In addition, she has practiced in Occupational Medicine as well as Urgent Care. She joined Christiana Care'sMiddletown Family Practice in 2013 and is currently working in the Smyrna location. Patty is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member in good standing. She is also a Certified Medical Examiner with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
