The best part about this place is the teachers and The director Nicole. The owners are absolutely horrible they treat their customers and employees badly and then lie about it when questioned by parents or other organizations.

My son started in the Twadlers room in September 2012. The teachers and staff are very friendly and seem to know each child by name. My son has learned a lot since being there and is becoming quite independent. They are also good at putting out communications when there is a illness going around.

We went to Kidz Ink for 4 years and it has gone down hill since then. At the beginning we were very happy with the center. A new director came in and does not follow through with things, he will tell you what you want to hear and then does what he wants or is told to do. The teachers seem to care about the students, but they do not get a lot of support from the administration, which has caused a lot of turn over. Four years ago the classes were full, now the numbers are dropping. They also do not provide lunch to the students, which their website advertises. The graduation which was mentioned above has now gone up to $30. We were told it would cover cap, gown, decorations, and props. The kids made the decorations with butcher paper and the only props I saw were very cheap/flimsy sunglasses, I am not sure where the rest of the money went to. I am done with this center, off to look at other centers!

Kidz Ink II is a really great place to bring your children. Since I have been there I have been treated very well, and my two children are learning so much. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and would check out their school.
As a staff member many parents should know that the facility at best is a disgrace to child care. The building may look nice but that is all. Many of the comments posted are very true, there are only three certified teachers at this facility and the rest are all 18, 19 , and 20 year olds that are hired off the "street" or a warm body in the classroom. Many supplies are bought by the teachers which only make $7.00 to 10.00 dollars an hour, while the owners are collecting and collecting money. A $20.00 supply fee? We have not gotten any supplies, the mats for nap time are ripped (talk to the state about that), never any tissues or paper supplies....latex gloves for changing....NOTHING! One teacher can't even read. So talk to the owners (if you see them) and tell them they don't need to open anymore centers and to start focusing on their current mess because the state would not comply with them in a surprise visit! Shop around and pay the extra money for quality care! Pack a lunch.
I took my child there to the one year old room and I was told the teacher was excellent. My child was there for one day and I was appalled at how the teacher interacted with the children. She is very rough with them and has a nasty tone. She never made a sincere attempt to get to know my child and I felt very uncomfortable leaving him there. I will not be returning there. The facility is nice, but the teacher was mediocre at best. I am totally dissapointed and dissatisfied. Managment didn't seem to really take my concerns seriously.
I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this center. Both of my children have been happy here, and they learn so much. I have run into a poor teacher, but she was let go due to her performance. Overall, I find the staff responsive and caring. The teachers seem to go out of their way to become familiar with all of the children, so that I frequently hear teachers who do not even have my son greeting him by name and engaging him in conversation. I find the center clean and generally well-staffed. As for the "money hungry" comment made by the other reviewer, I have never found that to be the case, and I have frequently seen teachers spending their own money to provide special treats for the children! In addition, they use the Core Knowledge curriculum, which is challenging and engaging, and the center spends time on staff development to train their teachers in the curriculum. My child was reading fluently prior to kindergarten.
My children sometimes play school at home and pretend that they are their teachers. They constantly talk about their teachers and what they did at Kidz, Ink. My husband and I love that they provide so many extra curricular activities along with a curriculum that actually challenges our children. We feel that our children are not just being babysat but are in a loving and learning environment. The other rating must be a disgruntled parent. I went on the field trip to colemans farm and had a wonderful experience with my oldest child. The farm gave each preschool a tree for free. I asked what the field trip money covered and it was explained to me that it covered the cost to get into the farm and the cost of the bus. Perhaps if the unhappy parent had asked questions they would have found out what the cost covered. I have talked to parents who have been with kidz, Ink for 5-6 years. That says alot for the reputation of the center! We love it and hope you will too.
The owners single kids out - if a kid cannot afford to participate in an activity - such as "preschool graduation" - where you have to pay $25 for a kids cap and gown the kid cannot participate and the owners single them out by not even letting them practice songs that would be used during the graduation ceremony. Also, the owners use "class trips" as ways to purchase decorations for the holidays - they charged $15 for a class trip to Coleman's Tree Farm - the $15 was for the bus trip and nothing else because we had to pack a lunch - then, they come back with Christmas Trees for all the centers. The owners are money hungry and don't care about the kids like they should. One student, with a bad history, touched my daughter on a Tuesday and the owners weren't going to kick him out until that Friday (so they could get his weekly tuition) - they only made him leave that same day when I said both my kids would not be there for the rest of the week and that I would not pay tuition two!
