I love everything about Gentle Touch Family Denistry!! It is hard to find a dentist office that is top notch from the front desk to the patient chair, but not here. You have obviously taken great time and effort in hiring staff that love the profession as well as go above and beyond in courtesy. This is so important as a consumer and patient, there is nothing more frustrating than going into a business and having to interact with the staff that are not customer/patient oriented. I love the fact too that your environment here is family friendly. My boys have enjoyed and looked forward to every single visit since our first visit back in 2007 I believe. They have never once complained of any service hurting or of being scared of anything. I credit this to the staff taking their time to explain the procedures to the boys. Of course they love the mini arcade here as well. Dr. Maxwell is great with a excellent chair side manner. I would like to say too something that is overlooked as well so

Gentle Touch and the entire staff is such a blessing to our family. The careful and gentle spirit of everyone is amazing. The kids LOVE to come to "Dr.Max"! When does that ever happen? :)

I believe Gentle Touch dentistry of Smyrna Delaware is very good at what they do. As a patient, I am always provided the correct information whenever necessary and I always feel welcome within the establishment.

My little has been a patient here since she was 4yrs old&she;will be 7yrs old in July. She absolutely loves coming here & mainly it's because of Dr Maxwell. He truly puts the patients at ease by being very caring & patient. He really listens to the patients & has a very pro active approach to the care of the patients. The staff is so very helpful & accommodating as well. Miss Pat is the best as well as the rest of the staff. My little is always excited to come to the dentist & it's because of Dr Maxwell & the great staff here! We would not go anywhere else for dental care.
