The Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) is one of the leading agencies for coordination of emergency preparedness, training, response, recovery and mitigation services in the United States. Located in Smyrna, Del., it is a division of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security. The Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) has partnership with the Delaware Citizen Corps, American National Red Cross and Delaware Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster. The organization offers services in the domains of brochures, citizen corps, disaster preparedness, state of emergency driving information and training and education.
