Called this dealer and asked about a Challenger that was sitting on their lot. First person I spoked to said they had the car and it was for sale. When I mentioned what my Chrysler Employee price would be, he transfered me to a manager. The 'manager' then told me this vehicle wasn't eligible for discount (False: it is on the Chyrsler program) and then all of a sudden he 'thought' it was already sold to a guy. When I pushed him as to whether he was just telling me that because he didn't want to sell me the car at the Chrysler discount (even though they participate in the program...and Chrysler pays them back the difference) he just grunts "mm-hmm". Shady....stay away from these clowns.
Horror. Service department damaged my van after replacing an ignition switch for two weeks without a loaner which I got tired of trying to get and had to rent on my own. Then they admitted to having an accident after they wanted me to pick it up and hopefully not notice it, then went ahead with cutting out the damaged part of the engine frame, straightening it and rewelding it back in place. Horror!! my van costs over 50,000.00$. It is less than a year old and has only 14000 miles. And it was perfect when they received it for warranty repair. They will do nothing more other than what they have done already. Butchers!! They know not how to work on Sprinters and their repair looks horrific! I need help!! I invested 20,000$ so far in this wonderful van and now has been butchered by the 5star Dodge service department.
if you enjoy dealing with the typical "used car salesman" attitude and you don't mind a basic stranger calling you or your wife honey and sweatheart then these are your guys. Also please anticipate receiving poor service and not getting everything that you were promised. Oh, and if you have them do any repairs as a part of the purchase of your vehicle, becareful, you may end up missing decals or other features that you had before the repairs were done. They are a classic example of how you should not treat customers. The only thing that they did do that I can say is a positive is to provide a vehicle to us during the repair time (although that was a struggle to get as well).
