I have purchased four brand new Spriadrill MHD drill rigs this year and have been extremely dissappointed with their customer service, or lack there of. Every rig has been delivered weeks after its promised delivery date. They also sold me on the guarantee that they would always have the parts needed for our rigs when they break down. This has not been the case. One of our rigs has been down for three weeks waiting on parts. We are also waiting on our fourth rig which is once again, or for the four time, going to be a month late. When I finally talked to someone that should be able to give me a straight answer, I got nothing but the companies mission statement pitched to me for the third time before giving up on finding an honest answer that didn't result in us losing money or looking bad to our customers. The rigs themselves are nice but beware that when you have an issue it will be on you to figure out. I wish I hadn't ordered all four at once. I will not make the same mistake again.
