was told by tons of places for years i couldnt get a mortgage. i called these guys and nick hears me out, calls me somehow an hour later and says he thinks he can get the loan done. i figure what the heck. i was turned down by everyone else before and it didnt cost anything so i said ok. all the while expecting a "bad news" phone call 10 min later. well, about a month later i was sitting at a closing table....nick has now refinanced every one of my friends, co workers, brother and sister in law, and my parents. this guy is so good he could probably somehow get my dog a loan. - John

Amazing Company all around

This place is incredible! Bob, the owner, guided my husband and I through the process of a reverse mortgage with patience, understanding and incredible kindness. He made sure that we understood every aspect of our mortgage to the point where we could probably teach it to others. The best part of all is when I called Bob after I had already completed my mortgage to ask him a question, he not only answered my question, but we chatted for another hour and shared some good laughs. I was still treated with respect and like a friend even after everything was said and done. I recommend every one of my family and friends to them now. They are simply wonderful.
