Our cesspool was full and we called AAA Cesspool to pump it out. Last year we used a different cesspool company to pump the cesspool and the worker said there was probably an overflow cesspool but was he unable to find it. They said they would need to dig to find the overflow cesspool. We called AAA Cesspool because of other positive Angies reviews - particularly about using camera equipment to find the cesspool without tearing up the yard. James arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. Our main cesspool is marked. He checked it and it was full, so it wasn't possible to use a camera to locate the pipe to the overfloor cesspool. He carefully probed in a couple of spots and found it on the second attempt. He added a pumpout pipe to the overflow cesspool. He called a truck and had both cesspools pumped (about 2,000 gallons). He also chemically treated both pools. He was here less than two hours. His knowledge and professionalism exceeded our expectations.

This company is fantastc to do business with. I had used them about 10 years ago to fix a clogged drain. The main line was backed up and the owner knew exactly where the line problem was located from the last time he was at my home (10 yrs. ago). They also put in new cessools about 5 years ago and fixed the errors they found with the original cesspools. They located a drainage tube that stopped about a foot short of the second cesspool that the original home owners had installed. Just great to work with and always responds in a timely fashion along with reasonable prices.
