very knowledgeable with vw/audi. They have faxed me over exploded views of parts out of the mitchell crash book and etka for me to circle what i need and they go get it! Prices are always fair.
Always treated great, I believe Napa has all the quality parts needed next to dealers parts and competitive prices. This particular Napa is in the neighbor hood, I'm lucky!
This place is EXCELLENT! I have a 05 Saab 9-3, and have a tough time getting and finding parts. I live in Moon Township, outside of Pittsburgh and do not mind coming the distance for parts from these guys...NICE JOB!

they fixed my car in their service department with a mix of used and new parts. treated my car as if it were their own. Nice to find an honest shop that explained what my car needed and explained it so that i understood what was wrong and could relay it to my husband. In addition, they fixed the problem correctly the 1st time. My check engine light has been on forever. Dealerships and other independent garages never got it to stay out longer than the trip home from the shop. yet the light still is off after they worked on it! very pleased.

a true foreign yard. had obscure "trinket" items for a 1970's British car i own (mg). In addition, had parts for late model audi that i own. I have bought new and used parts here for over 20 years now. No matter if i am after a relay or a engine, they have taken care of me. In addition, their service garage has fixed cars of mine that other shops could not figure out. Wish i was closer to have them perform all my service work. Fair prices on new and used parts, labor for their service shop is very inexpensive when compared to metro/city prices.
