The owner, Mr. Gilley, was very nice and professional, until the job was complicated. 1 section of the awning had a leak in the channel where we hung an outdoor ceiling fan. He came out twice and attempted to fix it as he was doing a 2nd job, siding on a shed, but apparently didn't have the expertise to find the problem. After completing the siding job he stopped answering or returning my calls. I have tried calling periodically over the past several years and he still doesn't take or return my calls. The water leak has ruined one of my ceiling fans and you get a good bit of rain that still leaks down on you. Please consider service after the sale when you are shopping. Sun room also has gaps that were not chalked which makes it hard to heat and cool.😥 I would not recommend this company based on my experience I had with service aftter the sale. He does decent work, but didn't fix my problems when asked, or made aware. USE CAUTION!
