General Info

I counsel individual adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and career issues, overeating, ACOA and recovery. Therapy may involve healing pain from the past, it may be focused on the present, or a mixture of both. Together, we work to raise awareness and coping skills. Embracing healthful practices, my clients and I explore new approaches to problems, finding and developing strengths. Often, therapy encompasses learning compassion for one’s self and learning to think clearly without being flooded by judgements or fear. Our relationship is a creative, supportive partnership. I have a background in art, art therapy, psychotherapy and social work. And I welcome as clients persons of varied ethnic and religious backgrounds, sexual persuasions.
