This place is ridiculous! Besides crazy high interest rates, that are down right predatory, they are constantly changing managers and employees, they "lose" your payments, and come to your house repeatedly and threaten. one manager and employee were fired for stealing payments. there's no communication it's like starting all over every time you call,you are told what u wanna hear or like things are no big deal to get u to sign. You are just another sale. NOBODY should go to tower loan, even if you are desperate. You WILL regret it.

Terrible service..i got a loan through them and they cashed my check.. Th e bank has it for a payment I made and they claim they didnt get it. So then I gave them all the info and a copy of th e check and thay are avoiding my call. They keep saying they have to talj to the manage rwhich I originally asked for and th ought I was ralking to
