I was honored to be apart of a wedding party that was held at Trinity Banquet. What happened and how the bride was treated was in my opinion, the worst, most unprofessional behavior and conduct that a person, let alone a bride, could ask for the day of her wedding.Let me begin with the rehearsal. It was to be at 6:00 pm and come 6:45 pm there was still no attendant to open up the facility. Human error would seem to have it, but it's get better. I as a bridesmaid called information with the owners name to get his home number (since no at the banquet hall would give the bride their personal number if there were any emergencies) and once I got a hold of him, he told me that the other owner, Frank, forgot there was a rehearsal but he only lived 5 blocks away and there for would be here in 5 minutes. Frank finally shows up and tells us he was in a meeting. Funny how the other owner said he was at home and forgot. Anyway, Frank shows up and no one gets an apology. NO ONE! NOT EVEN THE BRIDE!He was rude, obnoxious and I would go as far as saying hateful. The bride burst out crying twice and he never even changed his tone of voice, nor said he would work with us. He told the bride that he wasn't going to play the music for the ceremony because that wasn't his problem. He told her he was not responsible. The evening continued on terribly.The day of the wedding, we tried not to deal with him. The bride and her bridal party were put in a room with no air conditioner and it was only since we complained that the bride was sweating before her ceremony that they moved us.I only want to post this for the purpose of saving other brides from having their wedding put through hell and back. As being a new bride myself, I know how stressful it is already, let alone having it held at a place that's only concerned about their pocketbooks and once they have their money, they are done with you.Please beware!!!Regards
