Welcome to Creole Bagelry and Cafe', home of the north shore's only scratch-made, kettle-boiled, authentic New York style bagels since 2003. We make them fresh daily, using natural ingredients including fresh produce delivered daily from local farmers. The bagels are produced in the traditional method of "kettling" or boiling - before baking. The result is a wonderfully flavorful bagel with no cholesterol, no preservatives, very low fat (most having less than 1G of fat), and low sodium. We also have a full menu of breakfast omelets, bagel sandwiches, soups, salads, and specialty coffees along with a full-service catering menu. Our bagels are made with high quality ingredients. They are made in-house daily, from scratch in small batches to ensure quality and avoid food waste. We proudly sell out.
