By far my worst dining experience. My friends and I went in around 7ish for dinner and were greeted promptly and courteously and taken to our seats. At first, our waiter seemed fine, asked about drinks, appetizers, and all around seemed ok. Our appetizers, drinks, and dinner came in a timely manner and all seemed to be going well, but that quickly changed. After delivering our food, we never saw the waiter again, not to check for refills, not to check on how the food was, in fact, the next time we saw him was when we had been finished eating for idnsay about 15-20 minutes. When he did stop by, he seemed annoyed that we asked for to go boxes, and then proceeded to say no room for dessert? grabbed our empty plates and walked away while my friend was in mid sentence saying she would like to get a dessert for us to split. It took another 30 minutes for him to return, then asking if we had ordered something else, please note he still hasn't given us a check or refilled and drinks. So my friend ordered her dessert and it came out in a timely manner. We never saw the waiter again. We waited another 45 minutes to get our check, still nothing. Finally we asked to see a manager as our waiters behavior was ridiculous and unacceptable. The manager took a good ten minutes to come over and when he did, he listened to our complaints and then said he would take care of it, there was still no offer to refill our beverages which was one of our many complaints. When he came back he explained that he took a few meals off our bill in the hopes that we would give them another chance. That was laughable as it was now 9:30 and our dinner had now gone on for 2.5 hours. More than half of which was spent waiting for the server to come take our dessert order, and bring us our check. I'm sorry, but this kind of experience is a major turn off, from the server to the managementd laughable solution in the hopes of us ever returning, I will not be returning, and will be suggesting that others I know go someplace else.

This is the best Chilis we have been in of all the Chilis we have gone to. Our waitress was so kind and totally totally helpful,, we had a question with the dessert since my aunt is a diabetic,, the general manager, who I believe her name is Michelle,, came over to our table and explained was extremely helpful with the questions that we had. We will be coming back very soon and often,, very helpful staff from the moment you walk in,, dont find that anymore in this class of eatery.. I give it 5 stars or 10 if it goes to that level of satisfaction. Highly recommended for the price and the excellent service.

The best food ever and all the Romanians go there.
