I have been using this pharmacy for 9 years, and I have a son with health issues. I have seen them stumble a few times, but the vast majority of experience has been exceptional. Answering my phone calls, jumping through insurance hoops, and pushing on a doctors office response needed. The employees always seem to be busy, and pharmacist will take time to answer questions. These guys are ok in my book.

Terrible service and customer service. A two hour wait for prescription while I watched them stock their shelves from their bins, there wasn't anyone else waiting and the prescription didn't require any counting. Just needed to print a label and attach, but it was a two hour wait. Completely unacceptable and the same response, we will rush it from two different employees. After advising I could just have it transferred, they changed the status to fill status for over an hour to avoid transferring. It doesn't take an hour to print a label.

Will not return, I can drive to a number of pharmacies within the time required to print a label here.
