Purchased an item at the Sunriver store and had to return it by mail. I included a self-addressed, postage-paid return envelope for them to mail my exchange item, but since I already was paying $14.00 to return a $12 item, I did not pay extra for confirmation or insurance with the post office. My mistake. After a MONTH I called YTS to find out what happened to my item. The woman in the warehouse took about 1 second to check her records and - Gosh! They never received it. Really, in that amount of time she could check incoming items for the last month? Frankly, I'm not sure I believe that and now I am just out $26 with NOTHING to show for it.
