Had my ring soldered for my wedding, took it in well in advance, picked it up a couple days from my big day and the bands were crooked and FLAT on top. Took it back in the next day in tears, no apology, they finally refunded me. Took it to another store and had the same thing done to my ring with their bands. It was cheaper, service was better, and I got it back the next day.

Purchased grooms ring over the phone with sales person, and they sent me the wrong ring. I was told the item number online was wrong. Spent a lot of money on an engagement ring with a wrap. Took it in to be put together and they bent it. Took back to be fix, and the second time they put it together the center stone is now crooked! Would not recommend this store, nor would I do business with them again!!

Management made a mistake on my order- did not take responsibility for it, and only called me to say I owed them money. No apology from the store. I will never return there again. There are plenty of other jewelers in town who look after their customers as retailers should!

Wow Great! service. If you have a problem they take care of it. They do not rush your repair, they take the time to do it right.
