I have been a customer for more years than I can remember but today it was made very clear to me that Menards does not want people with disabilities in their store. they have only one electric shopping cart in the store. the cart was busy so I decided to forgo my list and get only 5 boxes of coffee and check out at entrance door because it was where my vehicle was parked. Two employees visiting with each other told me I must walk around to the checkout area. I said i couldn't walk that far. I said you mean to tell me you would rather have me leave my items here and leave than check me out? He replied that's the rules. you have lost my business and I will join the other millions of vets and go to lowels which give 10% off for vets...
