  ,Patrick Glover graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Business in May, 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Economics. That fall he returned to USD to attend law school, obtaining his J.D. in May, 2004. Upon graduation, he started practicing with Meierhenry Sargent, LLP. Today, his practice is geared towards collections, foreclosures, business law, estate planning and real estate law. He has founded his own collection agency, Triton Recoveries, Inc., to further assist his collection clients. He is also currently contracted with the Federal Government, through Rural Development, to foreclosure defaulted FHA mortgages within South Dakota. His trial experience includes arguing in front of the South Dakota Supreme Court on multiple occasions and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Eminent Domain
  Clint Sargent has been practicing law with the Meierhenry Law Firm since his graduation from law school in 1998. He trained as a trial lawyer with Mark V. Meierhenry, former Attorney General of South Dakota and one of the state’s most reputable trial attorneys. Clint and Mark worked together on civil cases, specializing in eminent domain litigation and catastrophic injuries.
