I went to Dr. Lavin to have a lower implant put in for a crown. He explained everything very thoroughly before, during and after the surgery. His assistant, Kelly, was wonderful and very friendly. I had no discomfort during or after the surgery. Dr Lavin even called me at home that night to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend his office for any peridontal procedures.

I went to Dr. Lavin because my lower gums around my front teeth were starting to recede. So I had a frenectomy (frenum was cut because it was pulling my gums down) and then at a later appointment I had a skin graft (skin from the roof of my mouth was attached to my lower gums to prevent my roots from becoming exposed). Both of these procedures were a piece of cake and I think it's all because of Dr. Lavin and his staff. They took away all of my worries and Dr. Lavin tells you step by step as to what will occur during each procedure. I also loved that he played music while he performed the procedures. Made me feel very comfortable. I'd recommend Dr. Lavin to anyone!
