This is one of the worst group of people and companies I have ever dealt with. Not only is their staff rude but they are dishonest. Both times we have used them to close on a house they have hurried us through the process and treated us very poorly. The second time they calculated the expenses wrong and when I confronted them they insisted I sign the document and make the changes later. Which, when I attempted to do was denied by all parties at First Dakota Title. I would NEVER recommend or use this company again. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!
