I went to Empire car wash today to get a clean car that my husband used as a work car. Granted it was dirty. That is why I chose Empire.. Well over $27 later it was just about as bad as it was when I pulled in. They didn't even go into the back seat. Didn't do the windows either. Very disappointed and lost $27.

I had been going to a different car wash in town for a number of years. But, after a bad experience I decided to try Empire. When I got there I really didn't have an idea what to get. The young gentleman I talked to was very helpful and real nice. My car turned out perfect. Wish I wouldn't have been wasting my money at the other place.

I went and spent $26+ to have my car cleaned, they did such a bad job they didn't even take out the empty paper coffee cups, There was still popcorn on the back seat and the center counsel hadn't even been touched. I went in and said my car was not clean and I got the front desk girl making remarks about a phone call I was on while waiting. Finally I demanded the manager and he was just as bad, I told him that she needed t be fired and that I wanted a refund. He told me she would not be fired and I would not get a refund. He did come out to my car and was very apologetic once he saw how bad it was. I did get a refund and a quick sorry from the front desk girl but for $26 there should be no garbage and everything should be wiped down. There are so many other car washes in town I will not be coming back to this one.

I paid $20 to have my car washed. Evidently, that does not include wiping things down or vacuuming. I was suppose to have a musk scent, which I also did not get. When I pay $20 for someone to clean my car, I do expect it to be clean. The outside was nice and clean, but only because a machine does that. I just wonder how many of the services I was paying for in the package actually got done.

NOTE: The owner finally did return my call about the situation of thieft of my ipod and made it right.

Beware of leaving valuables in your vehicle at Empire Car WashI had an ipod stolen from my vehicle what having my car washed at this place. I reported it to the owner/manager who assured me that he would take care of it. I should have called the police right there and then. After several calls and stopping back a few times, he still doesn't return my call. Don't trust this place with your car.
