You guys rock!! Appreciate your help in figuring out what was wrong with our dryer! I bought it there a few years back and today you helped figure out what was wrong with it. Thanks for being kind and not just seeing dollar signs.
We have used Eastman Appliance for two separate issues. They have been knowledgable and most importantly HONEST!!! I called when the hot water cycle on my washer stop working. I called explained my problem he gave me a estimate and what possible could be wrong. When he arrived at my home, it was exactly what he thought. He not only fixed the issue, but showed me how to fix it, just incase it happened again. He said that way he could order the part and save me some money by fixing it myself. If I had any issue call him and he would walk me through it (I haven't had to replace his part..in 4 years). The second time I called we thought we needed a new heating coil in our dryer, he tested it and told us it was probably the fuses in our home...he was correct again and did not charge us for his time checking the heating coil. I would recommend this store over any appliance store in South Dakota!!!
My experience with Eastman was SO good, I may never buy a new washer or dryer from a retail store again. Everyone there is extremely courteous & knowledgable! And they stand behind their work! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
