Established in 1995, Dakota Data Shred is a division of Novak Sanitary Services. Dakota Data Shred offers a range of confidential document destruction services. It transports documents in locked trucks and destroys them in secured facilities. In addition, the company issues notarized certificates of destruction to its clients. It serves several public and private companies that are dealing with payroll data, personnel files, customer lists, financial and bank statements, competitive price comparisons, research and development reports, forecasts and marketing plans. Its off-site facility utilizes a keypad-access security alarm system. Dakota Data Shred has a 5200-square-foot facility that is located in Sioux Falls, S.D., and is a member of the National Association for Information Destruction.
