Lived here 12 years and finally sold my unit, now I can write the truth about this place. The recent management change is appalling! Sidewalks/steps are cleaned from snow maybe after 72 hours, and that does not include all the sidewalks! If you need to drop off your HOA check or visit a friend in another building you have to drive because the management/board is too lazy to clean all the walkways. Good luck getting out of your garage to work/doctor when snow is not cleaned from the parking lots! Smoke detectors beep for months, with several and daily complaints from residents, then, just maybe, someone will replace the battery. We no longer get a monthly newsletter or managers report. If we get one, its usually 2-3 months late! This place has gone down hill so fast in the last year, I had to get out before my place would be worth next to nothing. The poor and cheaply made decisions that are being made by the president/dictator of the board will sadly affect this place for years to come
