We also have outpatient behavioral health clinics on our campus.This 24-hour behavioral health hospital in Sioux Falls, SD, is on West 69th Street, right next to the Avera Heart Hospital. If driving here on I-229, exit on to Louise Avenue and go south until you reach 69th Street, then turn right. The main entrance to our facility can be found on Beal Avenue.
