I live in Oklahoma and needed to order a plant for a funeral in Sioux Falls. I am so happy I picked this florist. I spoke to my son, who went to the funeral and he said that the plant was beautiful and full and very much appreciated by the family. Thanks to Anderson & Kelley for their excellent service. don't bother with this florist, horrible customer service from the start. i was calling from out of state for a 100th birthday arrangement. i did my best to warm her up and make conversation only to be put off and made to feel like a burden. i finally had to offer to use a different florist if it was too much trouble and she never did say sorry or act like she wanted my business or anything! she didn't have any of the flowers pictured in the arrangement on the website, not even any of the tissue in the picture. we're really crossing our fingers that it will be a special arrangement since the phone conversation didn't give us much confidence, and for how put out she seemed to be. again, save your time and money, find someone else!
