Horrible service, Rep in advanced collections was rude and belittling. Did absolutely nothing to help me. Worst experience on the phone I have ever had. This company is aweful for letting someone like this on the phone.

Avoid these people like the plague. They participate in Phishing scams. They called and harrased my father for months trying to get a hold of me in regards to money owed to BMC Limited. Google BMC Limited, and it is nothing. They would not tell me what the charge was for or what the company was. Very rude over the phone and they want your personal info. Don't give it to them. Report them if the call you. Google their 800 number and see all the complaints. They try to scam people into thinking they owe money to fake business. It is a phishing scam

very bad service, they had mistaken me for another person. They guy on the phone was very rude and sarcastic. I had to contact several people in Sioux falls to get this mess straightened out. They never once said sorry, for having the wrong person, and all I got was rudeness from them!
