Terrible place to bank. My husband and I opened an account and waited for our debit cards for over a month. When I called to follow up on them and it turns out, they were never ordered. Now it's 2 months later and my husband was trying to transfer money Inbetween his personal account and ours. I've done this many times and if always works for me. The two of us are supposed to have the same access. Turns out he doesn't. So he called the downtown office to get it fixed. Well the girl answering the phone didn't know how to give him authority to move money between accounts, but she did it over the phone. Then today we were charged a fee. A fee because two people did not do their jobs correctly. The man at the Floyd branch opening our account or the girl downtown who didn't know his to authorize my husbands use of Internet banking. When he called today, he was lucky enough to get someone that could authorize him to transfer money Inbetween accounts. But refused to refund the service fee we paid because of the poorly trained bank employees. We're starting to look at homes. Anyone have any experience with home loans with Wells Fargo? If security can't even get moving money from one account to smother right, why would I borrow anything from them? On and no one answers the phone after the lobby is closed. Even if drive up us empty. Stellar customer service! If may only be a small service charge to you, but it's also my faith in the company I've chosen to put my money in. My faith is lost.
