Everything was good, fine experience, good experience at Tri-State.

Very good. Sent home with pictures so I did not forget exercises. Good explanation of exercises. Also really was happy with the massage to get rid of adhesions. Showed me how to tape and was very good at trying to decide if it was for with plantar fac. vs. heel spur.

He made sure that he pushed me to keep going and I am so happy I did. I was worried at first that it would never get better and here I am almost fully recovered. Thank you for all you do it was a wonderful experience.

If one has to have surgery & needs PT, I highly recommend John, Holly & Tyler. They were so nice, courteous & professional. Always were able to answer any questions & I had plenty in these past weeks. They have gotten me to where I am today. Couldn't ask for better Therapists! So happy I chose Tri-State and would recommend to anyone.

PS wasn't sure how to answer accurate diagnosis. I'm presuming it means my therapy, but don't know why that is a question.
