We had Ryan put in a new heat and air con in our house just about a year ago. One thing we noticed for the start is that when he said he would he there he was. On one occasion he was late due to snow and he called to let us know. His work was impeccable and his prices were right in line with others of his quality. He has come out for the annual check which you get for free for 3 years and had to make some adjustments as he found something he didn't like .... and he just took care of it. I will recommend him to anyone that wants personal service along with professionalism. Anyone that would want to see some of his work, if it is possible to contact me back I will supply photos of what he did in our house, which was a little different than most as it was a horizontal mount.

One other thing I found in him is he was faced with a problem that he did't readily know the answer to and instead of making something up he said "I don't know .... but I will find out" That is a great trait.
