In March of 1974, Richard Balcom, a former Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, founded Photo-Scan of Los Angeles/PSLA. His purpose was to create a Security Company to specialize in the integration of Access Control, Closed Circuit Television ( CCTV ) and Alarm Systems. Using his knowledge of security, Dick has built a company that designs, installs and maintains security systems either on a Lease ( including maintenance ) or Purchase ( with maintenance agreement ) basis.
