Guardian Angel Home Health Agency, Inc. is a STAND-ALONE business that is located at: 980 Enchanted Way, Unit 206, Simi Valley, CA 93065 We are NOT affiliated with Guardian Angel Home Care that has offices in Ventura and etc. Guardian Angel Home Health Agency, Inc. was established by a Registered Nurse who, along with her family, together built a family-owned business. We are DHS Licensed, JCAHO and CMS certified, with over fifteen years of Home Health experience. We have properly licensed and experienced staff of skilled nurses, home health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, registered dietitians, medical social workers and woundcare specialists –whose main mission is to provide extraordinary and caring experience for the patients and their families. All medical care is provided at the patients’ place of residence under the direct supervision of their physicians. We specialize in: Woundcare Program, IV Infusion/Chemotherapy Program, Pre-op and Post-op Program, Rehabilitation Program, etc. Our areas of coverage include Antelope Valley, Ventura County and Los Angeles Counties. Our main goal is to provide excellent patient care service and continuing education of our field and office staff. We are always open for recommendations to improve our quality of service in the office and on the field, because we are very invested in learning about how we can create a healthy environment for ourselves, our staff, our patients and our community.
