Great experience overall. American West Appliance was very quick to respond to the request to fix my dryer, explained everything clearly and was up front about issue and cost of repair. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. His price was very fair. I would recommend this company!
We have exclusively used American West for all our appliance repair needs. They are super quick. Mike has been out numerous times and can get to the bottom of the issue quickly, while providing thorough explanations on what needs to be done. He is very friendly, experienced and honest. It went very well. Service man was prompt, knowledgeable and did a good job with my refrigerator, which was no longer cooling. He provided a price before he did the work, he had genuine Electrolux parts for the repair and cleaned up when finished. His price was reasonable and I am very happy with his service.

Excellent customer service! Got my dryer fixed the same day. The service man arrived on time, he was friendly and very clean, he was obviously knowledgeable of my appliance, quickly diagnosed the problem with igniter, had a brand new part on his truck and repaired my dryer right away. After searching around we found American West Appliance located across the street from our home. So we called them and requested the same day appointment, they sent Mike within a couple of hours to check our refrigerator. The technician was friendly and sympathetic to our frustration, he assessed the problem quickly, had a brand new defrost heater and installed it right away. This company will be the first to call if any other appliance needs repair.

Called American West Appliance because of the glowing reviews. The technician came within a couple of hours. He was the nicest repair guy and explained what needed to be done and gave us a great deal. He was honest, fast and efficient.
