Poor Customer Service. I called on 12/12/2011 and made a appointment for them to come out and give me a Quote on a Vehicle. I got a Call on 12/14/2011 asking for more Information and was told the Technician would Call when he was ready to come to my Home. It is now 5:30 pm on 12/16/2011 and I never Recieved a Phone Call or seen the Technician. Apparently, Working for the TV Series Grim, keeps them so busy that they don't have time to make a Phone Call. Companies need to Call their Customers if they are not going to be able to keep their Appointments. They expect their Customers to Call them to Break Appointments.
