The professional and friendly employees at this location always go the extra mile to provide the BEST customer service. I feel fortunate to live in a neighborhood near this location!

Why do we not have an alternate to USPS???



The mail, no matter who it's addresses to, get's sent all over our neighborhood.

I had to go to the extreme of "HOLDING" ALL MAIL for PHYSICAL (ME) pick up in hopes that it will keep this from happening.



Credit card bills with private information, Health Insurance with private information, Doctor's Reports with private information......ALL BEING TOSSED ALL OVER THE NEIGHBORHOOD.



IDENTITY THEFT ENABLED THROUGH THE USPS.



Yesterday, I copied the front of all the mail MY NEIGHBOR brought to me (AGAIN) and I am going to stand out front and wait for the mail man to "SHOW UP" TODAY!!!!!!



This is OUT OF CONTROL!!!

And NO BODY IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!



MY NEXT STOP TODAY AFTER THE POSTMAN? - THE PHYSICAL OFFICE AT WOODMOOR

I called to get some guidance and the empolyee who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and down right nosey. She was not helpful at all and she made me feel stupid and I have little confidence in the postal service when it comes to asking questions or any other inquiries.



Being that this is run by the United States, I would appreciate some type people ot people skills so that everything in life does not have to be so hard.
