Edward Perez is a dedicated Mortgage Consultant with a vast amount of knowledge in various loan programs including down payment assistance programs and who also speaks Spanish. Joining Prosperity Home Mortgage in 2005 Edward serves the College Park, Burtonsville, and Colesville offices. His goal is to make sure all buyers understand the mortgage process and to help obtain a loan as stress free as possible and constantly strives for an excellent customer experience which is reflected in his 5-Star rating from past clients testimonials on Zillow.
