The worst place ever for grooming, I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. The staff is not very friendly. They act like they are doing you this big favor taking your money. And a number of them really seem incompetent. I can't seem to get a consistent experience. All my experiences with them were pretty bad, but my experience today was the worst. I dropped my puppy to get him groomed at 8AM. They say it will take about 4 hours, which came and went. I finally called them at 1 PM when I did not hear from them and I was told it would take another 20 minutes and that they will call me when he is ready ... and one more thing the person on the phone said.. "his face is going to be shorter, just so you know".. When I went to pick him up.. they cut his hair VERY short all over. He looked awful. They gave me coupons, which was fine, but like that's gonna help. My poor puppy seems a little traumatized and he can't stop licking himself which leads me to believe they may have cut him or just gave him clipper burns. I am definitely not going to step a foot inside that grooming salon again...

has practically any brand of pet product you could want, though does not always carry the type we like.
