My apartment is infested with cockroaches. The laundry rooms and common areas are never cleaned so they are filthy. There is trash in the streets because they have insufficient dumpsters and inadequate trash pick-up. Parking is a major headache; I often can't park on the street that my apartment is on. Residents are treated like inconveniences rather than customers. The office staff is useless. Anything more complicated than writing out a receipt for your rent check is too complicated for them.
