Lighthouse Property Management’s goal is to guide Association Board of Director Members in keeping Association fees at a minimum without compromising the value of the Association, Commercial and Apartment Building owners in maintaining the beauty and value of their communities and to protect owners’ investments. I'm a member of the Board of Directors South Hampton homeowners association with 549 homes, lighthouse property management have been managing our community for the last 10 years, we have just extended an additional 5 years contract with my house property management as of October 2014. I am a unit owner of an unit at the Marylander Condominium Association who our Association have file bankruptcy due to previous management companies unsuccessful managing our Association; I would like to extend our appreciation to Lighthouse Property Management for taken our Association out of bankruptcy even though our Association had a hug delinquencies and bills to contractors. thanks Lighthouse
