Dishonest. Stay away from it. I hired them a year ago to perform a termite extermination treatment. They indicated that the treatment was good for 10 years. A year later they sent me an invoice "for service rendered: termite renewal" for close to USD85. When I called to enquire about the invoice, they admitted that they had not actually come for the treatment (nor contacted me to schedule an appointment) but that it was their way to remind the customers to contact them and schedule yearly appointments. I pointed out that sending an invoice for a service rendered when the service has actually not been rendered is not a correct way to proceed, and the answer was simply "that is the way we do it". I also reminded them that they claimed that the treatment was good for 10 years and their answer was that it needed yearly service -- which I would understand, if they had disclosed it upfront. In conclusion, this company is not honest and I would not recommend it.
