My dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease 2 years ago, we've been dealing with several nursing agencies (6 in total) with many aide turnovers! Many quit on our dad alleging verbal abuse and "intimidation". However, I have been dealing with Exec nurses for the last 3 months and words can't express their level of compassion and professionalism. The two aides that I have been assigned are really very great individuals. I encourage anyone with any form of skepticism about nursing agencies to give your Company a shot! Thanks so much. I have recommended you to many of my friends.
I am not usually the kind who has interest in writing reviews. But I thought that it would be a a great service to thank this company for the good work they are doing with my spouse.
I have very respectful and committed Caregivers. Their head nurse, Elizabeth is really very caring and very easy to get along with. Very touched with her patience of educating my spouse with memory issues (although she knows that he will not remember much, but just to involve him in his own care).
The only issue is that, they only have a minimum of 4 hours service which has to be continuous. You cannot split the hours into two; say of you wanted someone in the morning for 2 hours and then later in the evening for the other two hours.
God bless their team for doing their job with professionalism.
I approached ma neighbor, who used their aides for her late husband. I contacted the company president the same day. Surprisingly, he came to my house the same day to discuss my spouse's care. He is a very wonderful guy with excellent people skills. I was surprised that, he is also involved in the direct care of the clients when need arises. My aides are great!
Contacted them for help with my mum after Rehab. The head nurse is very professional. Evaluations are done at home before sending a caregiver. Matched with a perfect caregiver. Thanks so much for your help.
