An old fashioned seafood restaurant that serves generous helpings of delicious well prepared food. The lobster sandwich is a favorite of mine.The decor looks the same as it probably did 50 years ago.Why no Zagat rating?Wouldn't take a date to this restaurant but would take a friend who has a healthy appetite.This is not an expensive restaurant but it isn't exactly cheap. For $20.00, without a drink or dessert one can enjoy a very satisfying meal. I say "good value" not cheap.
They also have a carry out. Wonderful stuffed lobster tails, stuffed and plain flounder that melt in your mouth. Waitess are friendly and food arrives hot from the kitchen. you must visit this landmark of Silver Spring. There I talked myself into going there for dinner tonight.
