Established in 1968, our mission at Bogman has been to serve as the premier mortgage sub-servicer of Bond-Funded loans issued by State and County Housing Authorities. For over 40 years, Bogman has specialized in servicing mortgage loans made to first-time homebuyers.We have strategically structured our corporate environment to align our goals with the unique needs of Housing Authorities. Bogman's focus is exclusively on comprehensive mortgage loan administration, as we do not originate ( or solicit ) any loan products.Bogman offers the full spectrum of mortgage loan administration from our Silver Spring, MD headquarters offices. Our relationship with our existing Housing Authority Investors has proven to be a valuable public-private partnership, which has allowed the Authorities to customize servicing to their own needs, without investing the capital in the creation of an in-house servicing platform.The effectiveness of Bogman's customer contact and effective use of loss mitigation tools is reflected in our outstanding default statistics and loan cures. Loss mitigation is a core business strategy at Bogman and is confirmed by our consistent HUD Tier 1 Loss Mitigation Ranking.Bogman's management team is dedicated to supporting our clients with responsive and outstanding service.
