AS A FIRST TIME USER OF PROPANE, I CALL THE COMPANY NOCO. " I HAD A TANK ON THE GROUNDS" , THE SALES PERSON LEFT ME WITH IMPRESSION HE COULD CARE LESS, NO PERKS FOR FIRST TIME USERS. NOT EVEN ASKING ME TO TRY THEM. NOCO PRICES WAS MORE. I THEN CALLED TPS PROPANE THE WOMAN WAS FRIENDLY EXPLAINED WHAT WAS entailed TO GETTING SET UP, PRICE AND DISCOUNT FOR FIRST TIME USERS. SHE SET ME UP FOR A DAY AND TIME. I WAS CALLED THE DAY BEFORE AS A REMINER, WHEN THE TWO MEN CAME THEY HAD ME SET UP QUICKLY WITH THE OLD TANK REMOVED AND SET ASIDE. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS. THIS WENT VERY SMOOTH. THE NEXT DAY I MEET THE GENTELMAN WHO WILL BE MY DRIVER AND TAKE CARE OF REFUELING AS HE EXPLAINED THE TANK IS NOW FULL EXPAINED THE BILLING PROCESS AND THE DAYS I CAN HAVE IT CAN FILLED . THE SERVICE AND THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS EVERYTHING I EXPECTED AND WOULD ENDORSE THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE WHO NEED PROPANE.

Their prices are good, but their customer service is lousy!! The ladies that work at the office are often rude, if you can even get through to them. I walked in their once and the phones were ringing and they were sitting on their cell phones. So if you can deal with poor service you can get a decent price.
