The Soderquist Center offers executive coaching, assessment and team alignment services. It administers the Milestone program, as well as provides strategic planning solutions. The center works in collaboration with Dorel Industries, Kraft Foods, Prewett Associated Mills and Simmons Foods. The Soderquist Center maintains Greystone Estate, which is an executive development center that features more than 15,500 square feet of space. The center operates Basecamp, which is an experiential learning course. Its Soderquist Business Center hosts business meetings and other corporate gatherings. The Soderquist Center also offers Partnership for Success, FlashPoint and Renew programs. The center maintains a staff of more than 20 employees.
